MES will celebrate PH Homecoming from Monday, September 18 through Friday, September 22. Each day, students & staff will have the opportunity to participate in dress up days! Be on the lookout for awesome photos every day!
The MES hallways were buzzing with excitement this morning because the PH Rebel Football team or as some students called them "Heroes", assisted with morning drop off & ate breakfast with our students!! MES loves when previous students come back for a visit!

We are dismissing MES, GSMS, and PHHS at 11:00 due to power outage and high temperatures. The phone lines are also down.
Due to the extreme heat and uncertainty about when power will be restored at Patrick Henry High School, Glade Spring Middle School and Meadowview Elementary School, THOSE THREE SCHOOLS will dismiss at 11:00. Please be prepared for student pick up or delivery by bus at that time.

Referrals for gifted education services are now being accepted August 28 through September 15. If you would like to refer a student for an evaluation, please contact your student's homeroom teacher. Car Rider Changes- We appreciate your patience as we work towards improving our car rider line for the safety of our students and families.
Nurse Notes- We are seeing an increase in the number of illnesses. Please ensure you do not send your child to school if they have a fever or have been sick the night before. Also, please ensure that if your child gets sick at school, you have someone available to pick them up.
